The characteristic feature of such radial extractors is the ability to accommodate as many frames as possible – in this case, even 88 honey frames. They are arranged radially, perpendicular to the drum surface.
Cylinder’s diameter 1500 mm. Electric drive on the bottom, directly connected to the rotor axle.
Frame is made of steel, painted with electrostatic painting technology, it is stable and easy to disassemble. Cylinder height 725 mm.
The ball valve 3 inches (76 mm) in diameter for honey draining.
Radial rotor made of stainless acid resistant steel rods Ø10 mm. The rotor inserted in the bushings on the bearings at the top and bottom.
The transparent lid is 8 mm thick, embedded with eight metal hinges.
Legs are powder-coated: 1 100 x 60 x 40 mm.
Power: 2.2 kW / 230 V / 90/10/90.
Semi-automatic control HES-02 allows to work in one automatic mode (factory settings) or operate manually.
Complies with all EU requirements.
