Household wax foundation making board 53 x 29 cm. The base is made of aluminum, with a cooling system installed in it: the board heats up when working with hot wax, tap water can be connected to cool it. In order to save water, is recommended to circulate water from/to some receptacle in a closed circuit. A circulation pump (26 W) is used for this (included in the set).

The silicone wax making form 390 x 260 mm is sprayed up from the inside with some soapy liquid that reduces wax sticking. Melted liquid wax is poured onto the bottom sheet with a spoon – spreading is done from the inner part to outside. Then the upper part of the form is gently pressed from above. The residual wax is being pushed out of the form onto the board. To have the wax foundation made up even and smooth, some kind of domestic (or even paper) roller may be used – it is rolled over the form’s surface from above. After wax solidifies, the ready made wax foundation is removed by slowly pulling up the top sheet, and at the same time the wax foundation is held by a hand to separate it from silicone.
