The DANA api MATIC 500 PRO honey filling machine is designed for medium-scale beekeeping operations with annual production of up to 1 tonne of honey. It is highly recommended for those who wish to have compact format, yet professional-grade technology. The machine has a space saving design, but not limited to this: it is also hygienic—easy to disassemble with bare hands and wash it, also fully compliant with food-grade compatibility standards. Its construction is robust, durable, and user-friendly. It utilizes a self-priming pump: once the pump head is initially primed, it can draw honey from a settler located below the unit. Precise dosing minimizes risk of overfilling, leading to more cost-effective production, while the filling speed is doubled compared to manual operations. At the same time this tool significantly simplifies honey handling tasks and reduces heavy lifting and physical strain in daily operations. Noise pressure level: less than 70 dB(A).

Mini H-pump 230V from Swienty

Electric gear pump, honey capacity 350 kg per hour. Power 200 W / 230 V / 89 rpm. Suction direction: from left to right.
Dimensions: 35 x 22 x 32 cm. Weight - about 11 kg. A 1.5-inch diameter quick coupling is used to connect the hose (it is not included). The pump is supplied as standard with a polypropylene (PP) nozzle with external thread.
The pump has a compact size - takes up a very little space (35 x 22 cm). The base is made of stainless steel. The pump gears are made of durable food-grade plastic.

Very easy to clean - unscrew two screws and the pump head is removed, it can even be washed in the dishwasher. Compared to conventional gear pumps, this one mixes less air into the honey.

It is recommended to use a hose with length of 6 meters maximum – when pushing it horizontally, and up to 2-3 m – if pushing the honey up vertically.

The DANA api MATIC SMART is a new generation of pump control technology. The integration of an ultrasonic sensor into a highly reliable bidirectional gear pump is a smart solution that ensures gentle honey transfer. It is precise, intuitive, but still user-firndly. Specially adapted to honey, perfected to operate easy but efficiently.

Robust and durable frame construction. Trolley and pump base made of stainless steel. The pump head may be easily disassembled for cleaning with bare hands without any tools. Nearly maintenance-free. Simple operation. Hygienic gear pump technology.

The ultrasonic sensor constantly adjusts the suction speed to ensure as gentlest, slowest and smoothest suction as possible. This reduces honey churning. Adjustable suction speed: automatically selects the lowest possible suction speed at first and increases it only when necessary. Provides the most optimal suction speed from 200 to 1100 kg per hour (variable speed: 5–50 Hz / 18–180 RPM). Average capacity 700 l/h (1000 kg/h honey). Quick 2” fittings for 2 inches (50 mm) hose. Stainless steel heated honey storage-packing container. Capacity 50 kg of honey (about 40 Liters). The bottom is made with a slope - there is no need to turn the container over.

Intended for preheating of honey during dispensing it into jars, but not intended for decrystallization of honey.

Diameter Ø 309 mm. The height of the container is 610 mm. Bottom heating 100 W / 230 V. Temperature regulation 20-45°C. Honey gate is made at a height of 105 mm from the bottom, so perfect for placing a 500g jar. The bottom seam is hygienic – convenient for cleaning (honey does not accumulates).
