The DANA api MATIC SMART is a new generation of pump control technology. The integration of an ultrasonic sensor into a highly reliable bidirectional gear pump is a smart solution that ensures gentle honey transfer. It is precise, intuitive, but still user-firndly. Specially adapted to honey, perfected to operate easy but efficiently.

Robust and durable frame construction. Trolley and pump base made of stainless steel. The pump head may be easily disassembled for cleaning with bare hands without any tools. Nearly maintenance-free. Simple operation. Hygienic gear pump technology.

The ultrasonic sensor constantly adjusts the suction speed to ensure as gentlest, slowest and smoothest suction as possible. This reduces honey churning. Adjustable suction speed: automatically selects the lowest possible suction speed at first and increases it only when necessary. Provides the most optimal suction speed from 200 to 1100 kg per hour (variable speed: 5–50 Hz / 18–180 RPM). Average capacity 700 l/h (1000 kg/h honey). Quick 2” fittings for 2 inches (50 mm) hose. Dimensions: 64 × 20 × 42 cm.
