Stainless steel dehumidifier for honey. Capacity 600 kg. Power: 4,9 kW / 230 V / 25,2 A. Or 380 V upon request: 4,9 kW / 380 V / 12,4 A .

Size overall: 1630 x 1165 x 1455 (height) mm.

Efficiency: 1-2% in 8 hours. Minimum working amount 65 kg of honey.

The steel disks inside the machine, rotate very slowly to allow the honey to dry out avoiding its spoiling. Fixed rotational speed 1 rpm.

The mixing and water extraction takes place in a closed reservoir, this helps to retain honey’s aroma and fragrance.

Machine has a heating system, which allows to mix honey at 35°C, and has a specific built-in humidity extraction system.

Machine is made of stainless steel AISI304 with automatic shut off system when the desired humidity value (percentage) is reached.

Electrical panel with digital thermostat. On rotating wheels with brake. Mixing system with rotating stainless steel discs. Flat lid with little window for view of the working process. Ball valve 2″ of stainless steel AISI 316.
