Stainless steel mixer-homogenizer with double walls. Designed for mixing different sorts of honey. Capacity 100 kg of honey (about 70 L). For insulation puposes container has a wrap-around black insulating material.

Mixer power 250 W / 230 V, heating 1000 W / 230 V, temperature regulation from 30º to 110ºC. The rotation speed of the mixer is about 24 RPM. Total height with motor Hmax. = approx. 103 cm, vessel height h=76 cm, outer diameter approx. Ø 50 cm, weight is approx. 35 kg.

The partition of the container can be filled with thermal oil or water (if water is used, preferably decalcified water). The mixer has 3 rows of mixing blades, each consisting of 2 segments. By mixing honey at a constant temperature of 25 – 30°C, different sorts of honey can be mixed up to a uniform consistency and color. The device has a timer, which allows to set mixing intervals of different durations.
