Made entirely of stainless steel AISI304. Volume appr. 100 L (or 125 kg honey). Dimensions: external 1270 x 600 x 280 mm, internal 1100 x 400 x 250 mm, with chromed ball valve. Heated walls and bottom: 2 kW / 230 V.

The honey from extractor  the honey filters through horizontally placed thick perforated sieve in the first section. Next, 5 heated steel plates (bulkheads) installed vertically in the sump, creating “cascades”, through which the honey finally settles.
