Stainless steel mixing head for softening and mixing honey. Diameter Ø 9 cm. Hexagonal rod 10 mm, shaft length – 60 cm.

Suitable for preparation of syrup and creaming of honey. If mixing in a plastic bucket, to make sure that it stays clear of the edges at least 5 cm, not to damage the bucket.

Manufacturer’s recommendation for use: fresh and filtered honey is left to start crystallize. It is allowed to stand, then stirred for 20 minutes every 12 hours until becomes pearlescent. If necessary, the honey may be put to decrystallizer at a temperature of 39°C for about 20 hours, and then to be stirred for 30 minutes. The honey is then transferred to a dosing container and kept warm at 39°C for another 8 hours, before finally being bottled to jars. Country of origin – Germany.
