Steam wax melter of improved construction. Capacity 40 liters or approx. 10-15 kg of old combs. Outer diameter 475 mm, inner 375 mm, pressing compartment’s depth approx. 600 mm. Double walls well isolated. Made an additional pressed wax’s settling compartment underneath as an additional wax’s refinement tool. Implemented the driven-in screw’s instantaneous opening system, avoiding it screwing-up. Electrically heated 3 kW / 230 V (heat element of German production’s origin). Wax yield aprox. 40-50% – sufficiently high for old combs. Manufactured by UAB “Wilara” (Lithuania).
